Kate Hughes, was formerly Head of Purchasing and Production for Hal Leonard Europe and the Music Sales Group. We caught up with Kate at our 100- year celebration and Kate had this to say of her experience of working with us for a number of years. ” Halstan were incredible at talking me through the process, the mechanics of printing, where things could go wrong, what problems we were causing as a business, where we were adding costs and not adding any value, and working with me to really help me learn the printing business, which has been invaluable in my career thus far. We had a particularly sensitive book about two and a half years ago, that there was an issue that was caused by us but Halstan really worked with us to figure out how that issue had been caused and to resolve it to the satisfaction of everyone involved.” We pride ourselves on being able to deliver solutions, and we do this by continually investing in ideas and technology to drive innovation.
